Default Bumper/Grille?

(new question)

would adding a leaf spring more or less make it a 2500? not technically, but capacity wise?

i just realized that you cant put torsion keys and coil spring spacers because those are 2 totally different set ups! what am i going to do to level out the front an extra 2 inches with the spacers already there if i get an add a leaf kit?!!

Your truck has the spot for that other little piece. Right now you just have a black piece filling it in. Pop that black strip out, and then you'll find where that other piece goes.

I don't have one, nor have I seen one, but you'd think it would point down again. Just like putting some blocks underneath something. After you make it level, were you to lift it on one side, it would point the other side down. But that's just my thoughts on it.

it only makes sense, but im thinking i would get an add a leaf kit for the rear, the torsion keys and a 2 inch spring lift (not new springs just the pad it sits on)

I actually almost did that exact setup, which was leveling kit with a leaf spring added in the back. But then the back would still sit up about an inch and half higher or so. I went with a 2.5'' coil spring spacer in the front and 1.5'' rear block under the springs, and it's a 2wd so it will only sit about 1 inch higher in the back. I just bought the kit yesterday, should have it in this weekend. I'll try to post some pics of it too. Also if you put keys AND a 2 inch spacer you'll need new shocks. With my 2.5'' spacer, new shocks were needed.
