Arrow Bumper & Headlight Spacing.

I just purchased a 08 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi SLT truck. Everything is great so far but i have noticed something that i would much rather take care of if i can myself.
The other day i noticed that if i stick my thumb on the driver side between the bumper and headlight it goes in a bit but if i do the same on the passenger side it goes in almost the whole way. The spacing really isn't visible visually but i would like to make it equal if i can ?
Is there an easy way to do this ? Slots or particular bolts for this ?

Thanks,
Pete

Should be bolts on the back of the bumper to adjust it.
