When I pair my phone with the UConnect in my truck it connects and disconnects every 10sec. I tried a different phone and it works great so I think the UConnect is working, just not with my phone. Has anone ever had this problem? I have a Motorola v3xx razor phone. Any help would be appercieated. Maybe my phone settings are funky if any one knows what they should be I would be greatfull.

Perhaps your phone needs a firmware update.

 

Def sounds like its the phones issue. Have you tried pairing it to a bluetooth headset or anything else? Might have to take your phone to your provider for some diagnostics. I have a Motorola 755 and works great.
