i have the 5.9 liter in mine and you can do alot, there are monor cams you can put in without doing anything else to it, the biggest boost i have for mine when i did is the superchips 3815,fastman thrttle body,catback with a highflow cat, i have alot more done to it that prob helped too, get some pics of that badboy. i have msd igntion also with ngk plugs that helped too
