Make sure you mix it up with de-ionised/distilled water.

Never heard of that...regular soft water won't work? I have an RO system will that work.
Are they making parts that delicate?

It has always been recomended you use distilled water in cooling systems and batterys hardly anyone ever does

I've personally never had an issue using soft water, hard water had nothing but trouble, but definitely recomend using distilled water to be safe.
