Hey. Im looking for a new truck and I found a nice Hemi 3/4 ton and I was wondering how the transmissions were holding up in these trucks. Like how many miles can you put on it?

 

I don't know how many miles you will get out of it, but I see very few of these transmissions go out. It will last longer if you service it on a regular basis....

 

Is it auto or manual?. My truck isa 1500 with an auto but I think the 1500s and 2500s both use the same 5 speed auto. 40,000 trouble free miles thus far, I always tow with the Tow/Haul mode on, transmission is a dream compared to the transmission in my 2nd gen 2500, I had a lot of problems with that 4 speed....

 

It is an auto. What kind of empty mileage can I get?
