Before you use a primer sealer you need to use a good adhesion promoter like Bull dog, it comes in a spray can and you just follow directions on the can, I think its like 2 medium coats but make sure you sand all areas until there is no shiny spots and clean with rubbing alcohol and grease and wax remover then follow with your topcoat.
