Default power steering ??

So I went out today to check all fluids in my truck and noticed my power steering was low. So I looked in my Haynes manual and it says Mopar ATF +4 automatic transmission fluid. Is this correct?? I never heard of transmission and power steering taken the same kind of fluid.
