Got an engine noise outta my 2008 hemi?

The Ford 5.4L from 97-03 had piston slap too. Both the 5.4L and the GM LS engines used very short skirted pistons to keep weight down, but caused them to be noisy on cold start-up. My 5.4L sounded like a PowerStroke for the first few minutes in the winter. It is harmless, just annoying. Was a selling point in the wife letting get my Hemi Ram
