Default suspension please help!!!

i have an '05 quad cab 4wd, i just had the passenger side upper control arm replaced to get rid of a failing ball joint and an up and down shimmy when i hit bumps, the shimmy is still there, but it isn't as bad it's also almost constant instead of a jolt, it's not the lower ball joints the shop checked them, there's also no noise, i have no idea what's wrong please help.

i thought about that, but the steering wheel feels a tad loose still so im going to try to tighten some things and see how it goes, if that doesnt work i'll probably replace the shocks can you recommend some good shocks that are better than stock but not really expensive?

just got one when the control arm was replaced i just rotated the tires cuz of uneven wear on the front but there is still a slight up and down shimmy when i hit bumps, are the monroe heavy duty shocks any good, if not i'll just get some bilsteins.
