Hi all.
For those wondering on the styling for the 2006 line, I was told that they new styling would apply to ALL new rams, not just the Megacab. I called Dodge twice and a couple dealers and spoke to the managers. I was told the same thing each time, the Megacab would release with the new styling first, then the regular and quadcab Rams would release shortly thereafter.
I'm not fully sold on the new looks, but I think I can learn to love it. My biggest gripe is that the current styling didn't last too long. I hate buying a vehicle only to have a new revision come out 6 months later. I may be weird that way, but I feel like I'm driving an "old" truck even though it's only 6 months old.

I love Dodge trucks more than anything on the road, but I have a big problem with the new styling. Mainly... THE HEADLIGHTS! I HATE the random shape of the new headlight housings and how they stretch back into the fender. We first saw it on the new Durango, then on the new Dakota, now on the Ram.

i think i'd go for a 2006 but im only guessing. only time will tell because right now i like 05 better, but when that body came out i like the old style better. the 06 isnt bad enough for me to say i dont like it- so i think it will just take time to grow on me. i just thank god that they didnt screw it up any where near as bad as the dakota and especially the durango.
and isnt that "daytona" ram an 06? im asking because it has the current front end.
