Default Update on mpg/ V6 w/ e-fan

With my latest fill up, my truck gave me 16.36 mpg. This was in-town driving with little to no hwy miles. This is an increase of 2mpg from last fill-up. I will update my numbers next time I fill up. Hopefully, I will have my underdrive pulley in soon!

Wow, that is pretty decent. I might have to look into one of those when my warranty runs out.

I'm interested in the long haul mpg. I want to see if this increase is genuine or is a fluke. Only time will tell as I burn off more tanks of fuel.

it takes about 6 tank fulls or more
before you can be sure about
whether it is a fluke or not

there should be a 3% or better
MPG gain at highway speeds

Honestly the mileage increase is not a huge difference, on a hemi anyways. If your seeing 2mpg increase thats amazing wish i coulda gotten that. For those who are on the fence about doing it or not, do it. You'll feel a difference. The motor revs quicker and you coast easier. Ive been runnin my fan for almost a year and love it.

I really have enjoyed what you have mentioned. The benefit of increased performance more than justifies the expense of installing an e-fan.

Default Upday on mpg 12-2

Well, I just refueled and my mpg was 16.43. This was city driving only. My underdrive pulley should be coming in next week according to Troyer Performance!
