Buying banged up 1500 Hemi and need some help...
I got a hell of a deal on an 06 1500 QC with a hemi. The truck needs a rear drivers side wheel and tire, tailgate, and also a drivers side tail light. There is also some light body damage on the passenger side along with a part of the rear glass being broke out. The truck only has 20 some thousand miles and Im getting it for under $10k, so I think its a good deal. I was just wondering if any of you could give me a link or tell me where I can find replacement body parts, etc. Thanks!
Nope, bad deal... I know right now where you can get an 06 with 30k miles in perfect condition for 10,500, on a dealer lot... The value of used trucks right now is rock bottom (sucks for me and the other guys on here that bought ours when they were actually worth something, but good for buyers), look around, or talk the guy down, 10k is WAY too high for a wrecked truck...

Now that you bouught a fix er upper, the only way to get the parts cheap is to find anothier wrecked Ram that is not wrecked in the same places ( insurance write off auctions )
Auto wreckers wre bend you over, but before you start, was this truck deamed a write off?, if it was your going to have to jump threw hoops to get it recertified.
Anothier option my be buying a 02 + Ram and swap out the drive train..

Well thanks guys. I thought it would be a good deal, but obviously not. I havent bought the truck yet, but was only approved for the loan which I haven't signed yet. If you guys can point me to some good deals, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
