I was looking at the glove box and I do not know where to start and do want to cause any damage. So how do you remove the glove box on a 2006 dodge ram 1500.

push in on both side at the top . There is not much behind there to fix what are you doing?

 

The bump stops at the top are what stops the glove box from actually falling out. You need to push them towards the inside just enough to reove the glove box. Once you do that, the glove box will fall onto the floor. I removed it just the othe day because I ran my USB cord into there from my Navi unit.
