Default Stuck on Spark Plugs

Stuck on what plugs to go with for my 02 ram 5.9L. I'm seeing conflicting answers everywhere. What about wires also do they really matter and make a difference?

NGK V-Power plugs work good in about any engine.

NGK V-power x2...you can get them from O'Reilly AutoParts for around $2/plug...

What they said ^ plug wires do make a difference in resistance per foot, get a good set
