Default po700 what is this exactly?

I have a 05 1500 qc with a 5.7 hemi, an I got the cel an it was that code. What is it exactly I don't understand.

700 codes are NOT good. They are internal transmission codes. Normally cuased by SLIPPING which is side effect of bad 2nd prime overdrive clutch gone bad... in most cases. Check your fluid and make sure its full.

My best advice to you is NOT to go WOT from overdrive.

P0700-TRANSMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM (MIL REQUEST)
This is an informational DTC letting you know that a DTC(s) is stored in the Transmission Control Module. Erase this DTC from the PCM after all Transmission DTC(s) have been repaired.
