You lucky bastard...i'd get one just for the MDS disable alone. I had one for my maro and it's a well built piece of hardware.

SC just released the MSD cancel. Go to their sight Monday and download it.

 

The more I drive it the more I love it! 93 tune is way better then the 91 tune on the SC. I have more power taking off and can really get it sideways. Takes alot to get these 22's to spin but not as hard now.

As far as MDS shut off, I went to a GTG today. It was 2 hours away and I could get 20 mpg on the highway before. Ended up getting 16.3 with no MDS and no farting backfiring sound. I am so glad I got this thing. Cant wait till the spring to bring it to the track and see what times I can run.

 

Finally got my Predator today. I plugged it in and got the message "predator u7137 does not support CALID 05094506AI."

Called customer support and they said that I need the patch cable to update the software. I simply figured a brand new programmer for a brand new pickup should probably work without an update!???

 

You bought it without doing much research I take it. You need the most current calibration from dodge which you can get from diablos site...you'll need the AC adapter and the USB to serial wire. The kit is around $40..

 

pretty harsh comment. Most people including myself would expect a NEWLY RELEASED programmer to be most current. Why would you think otherwise? I understand there have been revisions, but the tuner should atleast be functional for the guy. Places are pushing those $2 a/c adapters and $5 ebay special USB wires for a profit. I would just wait and get them off ebay or go to radioshack.

Get it through diablo, its cheaper. I went to radio shack and it cost me 58 as opposed to 41..

With my predator I got the 2nd Prime delete. SCORE!

 

I already have apower supply and the cable off ebay is only $5

How? Do they have an update for that already? Mike had said they hadn't even begun to program for that. That was just last week.
