Idk if hes on here but over on Dodge Talk theres a guy (hemifever) that will tweak your tune and delete it via email. Truck kinda sucks not having 2nd prime cause it doesnt get up and go as easy, but it'll save the tranny in the long run

That shouldn't make any difference. Instead of going into 2nd prime, the truck goes to 2nd which is a lower gear (numerically higher) so the truck should kick in just as easy but it will hit harder and haul friggin ***! It's not like it takes any extra pedal effort than when 2nd prime is enabled, so I don't see why you have that trouble? Maybe he changed the parameters so that you have to press down on the gas pedal a little harder for it to kick into it, because the last thing you want is to be buckin all over the place to pass someone or speed up from 45 to 55? I'll have to do more research because if that's the case, I don't want it! That's something that would void warranty if they found that out though.

I guess that they haven't made a tune for my pickup yet. It's a little too new (month and a half?) isn't compatible. They are updating they program and will let me know when it's ready...

2nd Prime is a passing gear. When you kick down to 2nd prime it gives you more rpms before you hit 3rd. Normal 2nd pulls hard but does it for alot less time before you hit 3rd. Its not that big a deal just when i give a little pedal it doesnt pull like it did with 2nd prime.

Diablo works for the 08. You just need to update ur tuner to the newest file from diablo which they have. Ive seen several 08's running around with DS

Believe me, I spoke with Diablo Techs and they haven't written an update for my particular pickup yet...
