I dont smoke but i would like to mount my GPS in the ashtray of my Ram is looks very nice there and works well the problem i have is the previous owner broke one of the tabs on it so it shakes like no ones business!! LOL does anyone have any idea where i can get a new assembly? thanks in advance stephen

have you tried a dealership and a salvage yard would be good bc most likely the ashtray isnt damaged if you a salvage yard has your truck there

 

I found it online for $26 plus shipping i checked ebay thay had one i dont have an account. But i will call around to some junkyards first. And it is the whole ashtray assembly.

 

Not to totally steal this thread... but on the topic of finding parts.... I need to get my hands on both the driver's and passenger's door panel window control harness thingamajig. Basically the plastic piece that fits into the door panel that houses the door locks, window locks, and such. The reason I need them is because the previous owner broke off some of the tabs so the damn things slide around. Anyone know how much these would run me from Dodge, or how much they might charge at a junkyard?
