Only thing I'm getting for the truck for Christmas is a hood scoop. Just the fake kind and I am getting it to hide a big boo-boo on the hood. Of all things, I had a green pine cone drop on the hood from about 60' up. The damn thing must have weighed welll over a pound, I had it in my hand and it was soaked with sap!
Put a half dollar size dent just off center on the hood. When I used my fist to "pop" it out, it crinkled a bit and a nickel size piece of paint flaked off!
Now I've got a good bit of scratches from off-roading, but this big blemish is right in my line of sight when I'm driving and really pisses me off, even with touch-up paint, it stands out like a sore thumb, so I gotta either have it professionally fixed, replace the hood or hide it.
Financially, right now, the only option is to hide it. I can get a scoop, painted to match for a little over $100 to the door...

I would like a visit from the paintless dent repair guy, a good buff, and a tank of gas

Really need a new set of tires, but I got a feeling Santa can't fit those in his sleigh

Is that a chrome honeycomb in your truck? Looks sweet.
What I want for my truck is a new battery, and some Hella 500 lights behind the grille. Also some money for a grill guard.

That will look sweet! The only thing that I am getting for my truck this Christmas is a new set of Ben Hogan blades, they will go in my tool box in the bed!

I'm scared to take mine out. Those little plastic pieces that hold it on, I don't want to chance breaking one. I was gonna take mine off and thinking about painting it.
I wish that I could get me a new hood on my truck, but I don't want to get a stick on hood. They look nice, but I want to go with functionality, and I don't know if I'll go with SRT-10 style.
