First oil change at dealership awful customer service
I went to get an oil change at the dealership after hearing all these horror stories about these small oil change shops, so I decided to give the dodge dealership a try. The lady in the service department was extremely rude. I waited about 50 min and all the sudden I see my truck pulling up to the customer exit door and then it came to a stop, so I was like ok its done and the dude starts reving my engine! Like hard too passed 4 thousand RPM I guess to hear my exhaust. At first I was like holy **** thats what my truck sounds like from a far! LoL but as I got thinking, I realized that was kinda unprofessional for someone to be beating on my pedal. so the ladies like ok your all set and I pull out my coupon. She flips out and says wow its bad enough you came so late in the day now your going to have me do this bill all over again. The service hours are 8am to 5pm and I showed up at 3pm, so it was not like I showed up at 4:30pm or anything I was out by 4pm. I think I am going to fill out the survey thing and give em a piece of my mind
go back to the dealer and ask for a test drive on the most expensive one and pull to the front of the store and put it into park and rev it like they did to yours. if they ask what you are doing just tell them you saw there service proffesional due it so you thaught it was a check of some sort. that should be just pay bak if ya ask me

I would have grabbed the guy out of the truck and drug him to the manager.
I took my SRT in (before SC) to get the door seals replaced, watched their every move even though I have never had an issue with my dealership. Bottom line is the porters are usually young kids working through school and do not care.
I also always tell them do not wash or they drive it through their auto-washer. Of course this was when I had warranty on the SRT and still had the Hemi. Now that I have no warranty I really have no need to go back to the dealer.
