Well, I dont plan on getting this as it just seems ridiculous to me. I am just wondering what parts are added to these spring spacers to make them so damn expensive?

Rancho Lift Kit

Just curious about what all is in it, and why it costs so much. On a side note, getting ready to get the daystar 2.5" spacers for the front and rancho rs9000xl's at all 4 corners. all stock length.

Because it's Rancho......paying for the name maybe? WOW. I do know those 9000 shocks run about $70 - $80 each. Not sure why that whole kit is so much.

Because that's actually the RIGHT way to do it. Plus like stated, you've got about $325-$350 in shocks in that deal...

Rancho exclusive prolly means a patent and no one else has that set-up 9-way adjustable?

Woah that's pretty pricey. I bought the Daystar Kit and just replaced all my shocks with ProComp shocks. performanceproducts4trucks.com is running a special where you buy 3 ProComp shocks and you get 1 free right now. You might want to look into that. Excellent ride quality (it can handle offroading extremely well too) and it only ran me ~ $325 not including installation.

thoose other parts that come with the spacers are things like a drop down pitman arm and dropdown brakets.they are all to help with the travel and the alighnment of the suspention.hammer is right this IS the RIGHT way to do it.it may be alot of money but,If you do it with this kit i guarentee that you'll never complain about it and it shouldn't ever break at all(unless you hammer the living c#$p out of it)

Powder coated cast iron spacers, lower links, bump stops & front bumper spacer. Looks like a front only suspension lift for a SFA truck to me.
This would be a SOLID level kit (technically a suspension lift kit in this case) for a Dodge 2500 series truck...

Yes you can, but not with shocks, or at least shocks anywhere near the league of the Rancho's.
Besides, that kit is not for everyone. It's overkill for pavement queens. But if you played hard off road, it'd be a dude with this kit pulling out the dude with the $750 6" lift kit when he had a front suspension failure in the heavy sh*t...
