question re leveling and body lift
i got a powermaxx keys set at 2inches with the t-key bolts out.. 3 inch body lift. and 2 inch blocks in the rear with 35 inch tires. Gotta find a place that i can get shocks around here so i can crank my t-bars up a little more
i feel it is a good set-up!

hey weightlifter do you have pics of your truck with 33's? i looked but couldnt see any pics on ur profile. i plan on doing alot of offroading, i like the way my truck looks covered in mud, i heard that 35s dont leave much room for travel
Unfortunatly I don't have pics of them. Haven't taken any and haven't put them up. I will work on that in the spring when its not zero degrees outside and when my truck is not covered with snow and salt. But just look at any picture of a 4x4 quad cab short bed truck with a hemi. The trucks with hemi's run 33's stock. Just picture that size tire with 17'' rims instead of 20's. My next tire is either going to be 35x13.5 or 37x14.5.
I have a 2WD 1500 and am going to buy a leveling kit and 3'' body lift. I was looking at the polyurethane coil spacers, but then kind of seen that everyone who had them hated them. Would it be better to go with a 2'' coil lift with just new springs altogether? and if so where could i find decent priced ones?

i dont know why i think one of them is bent. cause the one on the drivers side is close to max and the one on the pass. side is not near as close to max. but you say three inch keys is the way to go? im not gonna lift the truck, i plan on aforementioned nose higher than rear and than prolly 33/35's depending on how much more i plan to go offroading. and of course gears with a lsd
seems like hammer's got this one covered! i didnt read all the posts, but a body lift is gonna raise your center of gravity creating body roll. i have a 3" body lift along with a 2.5" leveling kit and its fine. just make sure you grab yourself some longer, quality shocks up front for the leveling kit. i went with rancho, but if i did it again i would have gottin bilsteins.
Look at my sig pic! Those are 37" tires at full travel! No rubbing! I had to do some minor trimming and remolding of my front wheel wells, but I have no rubbing at full travel!
