Default Really Stupid (Easy) Question

I am so frustrated right now. I have the 60/40 bench in the back of my 04 Hemi Sport. I folded the seat up and put the cargo racks down and hauled what I needed to back there, and I went to fold them up today, and only the 40 part would go up to reveal the storage under it. I need to get to the storage under the 60 part cargo rack. How do I get it up [:@] Anyhelp would be much appreciated. Thanks,
Chris

Did you dis-connect the strap the holds it down to keep it from rattling?

I tired cursing[:@], but my dog started looking at me like I was nuts.[:'(] I then just started yanking on it, but figured that instead of breaking it, I would ask the smart people here.

Hmmm....in a word no. Where is this strap? I never connected it, so did it connect on its own?

Thanks, and sorry for such a stupid question.

useing a bigger hammer always helped me in a pinch.

anyway, this strap is only an elastic band with a button snap on it. if you look at where the floor board and the outside of the bin meet it'll be there twards the door.

it almost sounds like somethings binding up though. pull the cargo rack back out and see if something has gotten in the mechanism.

Thanks guys. Drew and RCBandit got it. I never remember snapping that, but my memories going. I guess with a dark interior, I shouldn't have looked at it during the night when everything blends in. Much better now,
Thanks again,
Chris[8D]
