I have a little over 1/2" sag on my driverside coil spring with only 12k on the clock. Does anyone know the tolerances dodge allows before they'll replace the spring/s? I've noticed it visually lately but the alignment guy brought it up...I guess he can't get the caster dead-on because of it. Has anyone here had this problem on a semi-new truck? Thanks

 

I don't know the tolerances, but it needs to be fixed. It is a safety issue.
