Default 2003 Hemi heater probs

Just fixed my 2003 Hemi quad heater which was pushing out cold air on drivers side and hardly any on warm air on passenger side. Considered all the usual causes and decided before i take the dash out i would go back to basics!
I fitted a new thermostat as the truck was slow to warm up, i then removed the air cleaner box in order to get to the heater pipes at the 'T' section as this was more accessible than getting to the heater core at the firewall. I then back flushed the heater core and reassembled.
The truck is now back to normal and the heater is fully operational.
In all the job took about 45 mins and only cost me a new thermostat and the antifreeze!
Its worth giving this fix a go before panicking into major repairs and big bucks!
