What to do next??
Im thinking about a cheap, kinda unique mod. Something that not everyone has. Maybe a power wire from airram? jet scoop? But I kinda want an exterior mod. Ive done a lot to my truck and honestly im stuck. Im open to all opinions

you could get a hitch cover, one that lights up with the brakes, or a led third brake light on ebay.... those are cheap, but alot of people have hitch covers... you can get the valve caps that turn red when they are underinflated.... a bumper sticker that says something catchy.... your favy teams sticker/license plate..... air freshner..... but please no little calvin kid peeing on something, that was so last year!!
