Default Cold Air In Face

Truck is warm, windows defrosted, setting on Windows and Feet (med to low force) But as I drive, I keep getting a small blowing of cold air in the chin/face? Hits me then goes away and keeps repeating no matter how far or how long I drive or even how warm it is inside. I know its -30 degrees Celsius but the whole cab is warmed up. It seems to be coming from either the steering wheel, below the steering wheel or from the floor ? Cannot pin point it. Very annoying. At first I thought the wife was getting frisky from my lap but to my disappointment, she was all the way over on the other side of the bench. Dang it !

I would put a light under the hood of your truck towards the firewall and at night with the dome light off, crawl under your dash and see if you can see any kind of light? maybe a seal popped out or something?
