i figured it out,
ill post the overhead console tommorow. i gave my buddy full control of how he wants to go through with the paint. whether to paint the whole thing or just the outer ring of it (if you look at the console it has a small lip around it) i told him whatever he thinks will look best... i know it will look good though. these pics just do not do it any justice. it looks soo good and shiny...
it used to be woodgrain look

Now that looks sweet. You'll have to post up some of the steps on how to do that, or what he did. I would like to do that after seeing that.

i cant do a diy on what he did because i didnt watch him, he took it to work with him to do it.... he works at a limo manufacturer painting limos so i know hes used lincoln white for the paint haha.... he sanded, primed, painted, cleared on a few coats and then baked the parts on low temp. he said the bakign gave it that hard glassy look. if youw ant to know how to get the consoles and peices off i can help there. pretty easy let me know.....
