how much clearence will that give me at the lowest point at the axle and i cant measure as i dont have the truck lifted already but i am interested in the type of hieght i will have

Yeah, I think you are gonna need adapters. It's not the height, that's fine, but 06+ coil over users report 12.50 wide tires hitting internal steering components without spacers or backspaced tires...
