how does that sound? looks pretty cool. is that a kit, or did you fab it up yourself?

 

fabbed it up myself, found the airhat at napa, 10" holley, got some threaded 1/4" rod, there is a threaded hole in the tb but it isnt in the center its about 1" off center toward the front of truck, so i bent the rod using a jackhandle and really went together pretty easy. if people are interested i might do a write up on it.
at first i got a big airhat, maybe 14" dont remember it was spectre brand, but it was way too friggin big and didnt fit right so found this smaller one.

yes i can hear it and is sounds freakin awesome! it really highlights the dual magnaflows! needless to say this is my favorite mod by far.

 

thats a cool idea. itd be a surprise to open up the hood and see that.

 

Only problem now is that your sucking up hot engine compartment air. Might not cause much problems though.
