Default and yet another accident.....

I posted this in off topic too...
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/off-top...ml#post1487914

so add me to the accident list......

I was at the gf's house and we dicided on renting a movie since the weather is ****ty out. so on the way back. about ablock away from her house. this punk *** kid was doing fish tails in his truck. so I stayed back a good distance. then buddy wipes out into a snow bank and is sitting sideways on the rode. I tried to avoid him, but I ended up smoking the side of his box. so my front bumper, passenger side fender and headlights ****ed. we pulled my front bumper out enough so I could get it back to the gf's house. but theres still no way I can drive it to a shop unless we pull it out some more. I cant turn left at all... we didnt call the cops. I went to school with kid. so I thought I would go easy on him. and he said he would pay for the damages. but now that I think about it. I shoulda, just incase he tries to screw me over. but its -19 out and I just wanted to get inside. but I'm gonna go to acouple auto body shops and get some estimates. but the whole metal frame is pushed it. I'm hoping I can pull it out enough to drive it there. I just dont wanna cause any more damage to it. and body shops are gonna be busy as hell around here too. **** I hate stupid people

****, I just lost my job last week, and now this.

when I go to the gf's tomorrow I'll take some pics of it.

Yes indeed. Happened to me to! They called it "following to closely" Even though he is the @$$ that lost control the cops will say that you should have been following at a safer distance!

ya, I'm worried that im gonna get the ticket for it.... but I was back waay more the 100' because I seen him driving like an ***. and I tried to go around him after he wiped out and sitting side ways on the road. and I kept sliding and T-boned the side of his box.

when I was in an accident with my old dakota, I rearend some one and got a careless out of it. I had to fight it down to a following too close.

I knew I should have parked this damn thing for the winter...... I used to park my 99 dak for the winter just because of dumb *** drivers.

but I called him up this morning and were gonna report it this afternoon.
