BFG Mud Terrains
Actually, that was posted before the other thread. I posted that because they were two tire threads back 2 back. I posted them up within minutes of each other. And it was already "quoted" so I couldn't delete it. Thanks for deleting it.
.My only real issue with them was that they got punctures in them a lot, more than any tire I've had since. I can't remember the ply rating, but I think they were actually rated pretty good. Maybe a softer compound, I don't know. Hopefully they are better twenty-some years later...
if your on pavement alot then why not get something with a less aggressive tread like an AT tire. especially if you really dont need em for muddin, then again no one really does use em for muddin who actually have them.
Some around here on this forum do for sure.

I like AT's personally though, good for anything short of bogging.
Bogging hell, drive a non-aggressive A/T tire across a red clay Georgia plowed field after a rain to get to the pond or hunting woodlands behind a couple of those fields!!!

My AT's are agressive (Dakota Definity's) so I don't really worry much.
I need something with aggressive tread, I work in the forestry industry and do alot of gravel road driving. After winter break up in the spring there is crazy mud anyone with an AT tire out there is always stuck and I dont have time for that. time is money.

They have an aggressive treas with multiple broken up tread blocks and lots of sipes. They have sidewall tread and and are Load D rated 8 ply. Sweet looking tire.

Hey, just wanted to apologize for being a jerk yesterday. I was in a bad mood and get so frustrated sometimes when I think people are being repetative. I'm only on here to help others not really to ask questions.
