Default just bought my borla exhaust!!!!

finally decided on an exhaust and just ordered it. Went with the borla cat back system single exit behind the rear wheel (#140186). I was lookin for an exhaust that looks clean and has a good rumble. Was gonna go with duals but i had that on my last 2 trucks and wanted somethin different. Hopefully i am happy with this exhaust when i get it, what do u guys think, good purchase or not?

Single exit will get you a benefit in flow and power. Duals don't flow as good. I like the single exit anyway. Love Borla. Good choice.

i have the black dual tip out the back on my big horn edition and it actually sounds pretty good, but i hope the borla is quite a bit louder/deeper of a sound

Dual outlet is usually louder per say yes, but it all depends on the set-up.

Thats rad. I have a Borla Xr-1 racing muffler (part 40943) sitting under the Christmas tree from my brother right next to the K & N CAI that my wife got me. I emailed Borla and asked for their loudest muffler (so far I have gone through a Flowmaster 40 series, and currently just have a straight pipe) for my 08 Hemi, and the guy emailed me back and said this would be it. Hopefully its what he says! Lets post sound clips of our trucks when it is done to compare

A buddy has the Borla cat-back on his '07 Ram Hemi, and it sounds pretty good. Nice mellow rumble cruisin' down the road. Nothing obnoxious like the Flow's, just nice and deep and controlled sounding...like there's power just waiting to erupt or something.

loudest mufflers: glasspacks. straight through, them and all the "bullet" and race mufflers are just hollow cans, i dont even know their purpose. ha
