Truxxx leveling Kit
I've always wanted to lift my truck, but I don't really have the spare cash, and I don't figure I would be able to get the money back out of the truck. I was doing some searching and found a company http://www.truxxx.com/ that has a leveling kit that is pretty cheap and looks like easy to install. Has anyone put this on their truck or does anyone know anything about it? Is it a leveling kit (that evens the front end with the back end) or a lift kit (that will lift both the front and back)?
One downside that I see is that you would have to get bigger shocks for the truck, but that wouldn't be real expensive.

I adjusted my torsion bars the other day. Its still about an inch difference front to back, but looks a hell of a lot better and rides like a truck. No more mushy front end.
I've been thinking about those torsion keys too. Keep an eye on ebay, you can get a set there for less. They should be pretty easy to install.
You might want to go with a body lift. I've been researching suspension vs. body lift and decided to go with the body lift after talking to a shop here in town. A suspension lift will run a minimum of $1200 to 1600 for just parts. A body lift here is $800 including labor and wheel well liners.

Dude that website is awesome. I also tightened up my torsion bars. But still came up a little short. I will probably have that leveling kit put on. Great find, I'm stoked.

If you get it I'd like to hear you report back what you think, and even get some pics. I am thinking about doing it, but it would be summer time before I actually did.
Notice that the installation instruction link leads to Chevy instructions. I tried getting in with a backdoor link, but it appears the Dodge instructions page is down for the 2002-2004 Ram kit.
It appears that this is just a leveling adjustment, and not an actual true lift. But I would do anything to get the front end up off the ground. I have searched and searched for a lift kit for a 2002 1500 Dodge Ram SLT w/ Image Group and 20 inch wheels. And have found nothing.
Nice find.....I think I will try the factory torsion adjust first.
Just remember if you mess with the torsion bolts/bar always get the wheels realigned as they have a tendancy to "toe-in/out"

As a follow up, I have found a guy who has real cheap prices on thr truxxx brand, and I am dealing with him right now. I will see if he will allow me to post his information if all goes well.
I'm a little mad at myself because I did this backwards. I just got new tires, but then found out about this levelling kit. So my tires are 305's which equals 34's but if I would have gotten the levelling kit I could have gone up to 35's. Oh well, lets hope no one notices 1 inch.
