if you swapped your tires front to rear, would that tell you anything? Just a thought....

My truck does the same thing except it is between 60-65 mph. Some days it is really bad wobbling and other days it is just a shimmy. I thought maybe it was just the tires need balanced but was not worried about it cause I want new tires.

my truck used to pull to the right real bad, and after getting the alignment done it still pulled, so my mechanic cross rotated the tires and it helped alot, but not 100%.

Semigod...what shock did you replaced? was it the front driver side? and your right, the truck does feel out of control when it happens, how much did the repair cost you?

I dont think you can properly balance a 36" irok radial. The tires are the problem, i have super swampers on my second gen and they will rattle the teeth out of your jaw going 60 mph, and no, nothing is broke on my truck its just the nature of the beastily tires

that right there tells me you got bad tires, assuming that they know what the hell they are doing they would have realized that too.

if you move the tires, and the problem changes, its the tires

Perhaps a steering stabilizer would help if you have oversized tires.

THEY ARE FIXED!!! It was the tires....I got them road forced balanced and there was a total of 10.5 onces of lead taken off....none added now she drives smooth as could be. And sterring stabalizer??? I dont think i can get one on mine since i have rack and pinion....it would have to be a whole new rack and pinion with it built in somehow I suppose.........and I just clicked 112,000 miles......
