You basically have two choices, add a body lift (which will expose more of the frame and suspension) or pull off the suspension lift and get another. The Skyjacker is the only 6" lift for torsion bar 1500s that I've measured so far that is a true 6" and clears 37x12.5s on a 4.5" backspaced wheel without trimming. I know for a fact the Fabtech, Procomp & Superlifts do not. Not sure of any others...

I don't see how it's a 6" lift kit. Your truck should be sitting a lot higher. What brand lift is it?

This is 6" inches:

Either your lift is sagging ALOT or someone lied to you. That barely looks like a 4" lift. You should definitely be clearing 35's no problem.

yea i was just at 4wheelparts when i bought my fabtech 6" lift and said dont go with the pro-comp because it doesnt give you the full lift on the dodge and the steering is messed up by the is no center on the steering wheel

minyo if i were you i would take that "lift" out and start fresh, get a 6" skyjacker or topguncustomz suspension lift, there are a number of other good name brands out there don't try to mess with coils or anything just start fresh with another lift, that's my opinion though.
