Default My Build Sheet

Something that I got quite a while ago, and have been kinda procrastinating about putting up, just to let you know first off.
But anyways...
When all the talk or threads came up about getting your build sheets from Dodge came up, I decided to get mine. However, I never got one mailed, they only e-mailed me the equipment that it came with. Don't know if this is how it is now to save money, or it's been that to all of you. But on mine, the e-mail copy says that my truck came stock with the 20"x9.0" rims. On the inside of my door it says that my truck came with the 17"x8.5" (I believe that's the width anyways). So tonight it was nice out, and I finally remembered to make sure that my VINs checked out on my door and my dash. Those did. Another thing I have to do is check the sheet from the dealer, which had the VIN that I entered on the Chrysler site to get my truck registered to me. Most of the items listed are what my truck has, at least now.
What I'm wondering, is mainly which one is incorrect. My truck has the full size spare, but not the Wrangler HP, which is what my truck has on it. Which that kinda indicates to me that the full size spare was purchased from someone with the rest of the rims, then the spare was hung up, and later on the other tires replaced back to original.

What? You lost me man! You can have a full size spare that's either 17" or 20". I don't get the rest of what your are asking?

Was size is your spare? If it's a 17" I would assume it used to have 17"s and someone upgraded. If it has the 20", I would say it was stock. Someone could've had a blow out, switched the spare tire to the better rim and just got lucky with a used tire at the shop.. those tires are expensive and I surely wouldn't want to pay that much for a spare.

Mine has Chrome Clad 20's and a full size 20 steel HP spare.

Oh by the way, the 08's do not have a pressure sensor in the spare. At least mine doesn't.

My truck has the full size 20" spare tire.
My build sheet said that the truck came with the 20" rims stock.
However, you know how on the inside of the driver door they give you some information. Just a little sticker that says things like the VIN, and tire size. On that sticker, it said that my truck came stock with the 17" rims stock.

I don't know. I'm not sure what it is. I'm just wondering which one is wrong, or exactly what is going on with that. Kinda goofy.

I'll have to check my door sticker, but I'm pretty sure it says 20's.

The dealer may have swapped them to make a sale when new. I tried that on mine, I was trying to save $505 and have them swap the chrome clad wheels and OWL tires for regular 20's with blackwall and they said no, because the DOT numbers on the tires are linked to the VIN# in case of a safety recall.

EDIT: Both of my doorjam stickers say 275/60R20 as does my build sheet.

yeah i went back to the origonal dealer that i bought the truck from and they told me that they had swapped out the tires for more money.and they don't change the speedo because they don't know how to on dodge trucks(i bought it used from a toyota dealer).BUT!!!,they could take it to the dodge dealer and have them adjust it for $210.00 even though i had bought the really highend expensive extended warranty.i brought it to the dodge dealer myself and had it fixed for $89.99
