Just replaced my plugs on my 02 with 5.9L Magnum for the first time. The gap on the plugs was more than double what it should have been and they were never changed before. I did them with the truck at 59000 miles. The back 2 are a bitch to get to. Put in NGK V-Power plugs. Runs so much quieter and is a overall huge improvement.

Hey thanks for the info. I did buy the G3s already but paid $5.99 a plug at Summit Racing. Anywhere else you would pay $9.99 a plug. I am going to check some prices on the NGKs. I run NGKs platiums in my integra and love them. Also that is what Acura/Honda puts in there motors. I thought NGKs were more for imports cars, so I never thought to look into them for a HEMI. Well I guess I learn something new everyday. Thanks again.

Also here is a little helpful hint for everyone in the future. dont know how many already do this but take a piece of vacuum hose inside diameter big enough to fit on the spark plug snugly when you break the plug loose you can pop this on the tip then spin it out and to the opposite when putting a new one in that way you are not going to change a cross threat its hella easy to change plugs with that.. here is the picture of the plugs i had in i dont think they were ever changed...
