Yea and then you lose the core b/c you can't send him your old one. From everything I heard it is worth it to have Dan do it.

I thought about locating an old one from a wreck and sending that one as the core if I could get one cheap enough from the salvage yard.

good call...i may call up victory auto wreckers....if there are more than one, maybe i'll snag them all. maybe he'll trade me like 5 of them for a new tb...haha

I tried looking at my local junkyard for some parts for my truck awhile ago, but there were no newer rams there.

I want to try this week. If I can find one cheap enough, I might try my hand at porting one myself. I have an idea that may work.
