So far it seems to be working. I need to get the PS rack degreased and cleaned to make sure. I tried to clean up the fittings and the box area, but haven't had a chance to check it out since.

I had done that on my 05, also in the winter (winter 07). Took it to the dealer later and they replaced the line, but I feel the clamp would have worked just fine for a long long time.

Funny thing, I was coming on here to ask about that also. My truck has developed a power steering leak, and it's coming out of that top hose there also. However, I don't think that mine has a hose clamp on it. I'm going to have to look at that to see if that will fix the problem. We were thinking that the seal was bad, but it just developed a little while ago.

I fixed mine a few weeks ago with the clamp method. Don't remember the clamp size I took a few under the truck and used the best fit one.

Yea, I see again that it had a clamp on it. I ran tonight to Advanced and picked up a hose clamp, engine degreaser, and some power steering fluid. So tomorrow I'm going to clean up that area, put on the hose clamp, then see if I have a leak anymore.
