Default E-Brake?

Any1 else have an ungodly squeek coming from the rear brakes? I talk to my buddy and hes says that he heard that the e-brake shoes cause it. It only happens in reverse too. just wondering.

Reverse would bring attention to the e-brake since they are shoes. They are just a PIA period. Hard to replace, hard to adjust. If they get too worn, you'll have one heck of a time getting the rotor off to get in there.

You mean for free?....lol

Your gonna have to pay for parts and labor for brakes no matter what. Warranty period or not. It's a wearable item like the serpentine belt and tires.
Anyways, save your pennies and get them done at a garage unless you plan on using OEM parts.
