Personally i dont like the exhaust kits... i got a stainless magnafloww exhaust custom built at a local shop for $310. I would rather have mine custom made because all the joints will be welded and they can fix you up with pretty much anything you want. Just a thought...

i have the jba ceramic coated headers on my truck and they are good. they make the engine work less when you aren't pushing it, and that prolongs engine life. i had a problem with keeping the headers tight, since vibrations make it come loose so make sure you invest in some locking bolts www.stage8.com get some for the collector also so you don't face any problems and everything stays in the right place. i also installed the gibson extreme dual cat back system, and i must say i am very happy with the sound, when you put your foot down the sound is just great.

I have a 40 series flowmaster with catback and stainless 3 1/2 " angle cut. It is SWEET. Very deep inside and outside. No change really on gas mileage its about the same as before.

So, I have an 04 HEMI 1500 4x4 QC and am ready to pull the trigger on a Banks Monster Exhaust system. Anyone have any reviews on it? And exactly how much louder are these aftermarket systems over stock?

Screw em all dont put a muffler on there. Its the best sounding exhaust ive ever heard. Even a ricer in a Saturn complemented me on it.

I have the identical truck and bought it used, with a dual SS Magnaflow Performance exiting the rear. The sound is INCREDIBLE. I get a lot of attention and guys all over ask me what I got. It's a rich deep throaty sound that means business. The cool thing about the rear pipes is, at 65+mph, it kicks down to a nice deep humm and keeps the cab quiet. When I start it up or step on the gas, I can't help but grin. My wife loves it too! IMHO, the Magnaflow is the way to go! You won't be disappointed.
