Default 4X4 Rotors on 4X2 Truck

I have an '03 1500 4X2 and have had my truck in the shop twice for warranty work for warped rotors. Well, I rotated my tires last weekend and noticed that the dealership had replaced my rotors with 4X4 rotors. Is this something I shoud worry about? Will it hurt my truck? Just wondering if I should take it back and have them replaced with 4X2 rotors. The only reason I can think of why they would do this is because 1) they ran out of 4X2 rotors, or 2) they are experienceing less problems with the 4X4 rotors. Anyways, any and all help is appreciated.

only thing I can think of is that the 4x4 rotors are a bit thicker and can resist warping better.

but that is only a guess
