BTW, you've got an aweful lot of tubing on your truck???side steps, bed rails, bull bar.......hehehe

Looks nice. I like the bed rails, I'm gonna get a set myself. Haven't decided on the bullbar yet because i need to see it in person b4 any decision is made. I decided against the step bars as they look old man'ish for me! :-)
Thanks ! I started with the bed rails and the bull bar and since I'm so dam short had to get the long step rails to get into the bed, since the bed rails add some height.

I do agree with you that the bull bars enlongate the truck BUT head on it looks good.

Check out the Putco Bed Rails they are beefy and fit well. After I got them Westin came out with their own set which I think I would have most likely would have got since I got everything else from Westin.

I dunno about the Putco's. They have those wierd hols and are a 3 piece design correct? Also they are thinner than some others that I have seen 1-2/4" compared to 2".

I want them because it will add height and stop people from thinking they can load from the side. Dammit, use the tailgate. I hate scratches for no other reason than to be lazy...aahahahaa

Yup they are 3 pieces and the holes work out great for me since it is another tie off point when I use the bed for large objects, which is most of the time.

And are you talking diameter or wall thickness ? If diameter the Boss Lockers are 2 1/2" which is why I like them. As far as the wall thickness they seem to be sturdy I've tipped items againest them with no dents and from what I remembered they seem to be almost as thick walled as the Westin Step Bars I have.

LMAO !! Ain't that the truth !

Was not taking offense just saying the same as you, we each make it what we want our RAM to be. First truck I had was a 86 Chevy Blazer that I installed a grill guard on and have had one on every truck I have owned since. With the Ram though I could not bear to hide the grill so that is why I went the Bull Bar route, I know it will do nothing for protection is just looks !!!
