Are they still tied to your vehicle like the old hypertech units were..

I do not have one on my Ram, but I am 99.9% sure they plug in, you program, then you remove....They do not stay on the vehicle...

Not what i mean...the old ones you could only use for one vehicle at a time......if you had 2 trucks you had to buy 2 units

Oh, I am sorry...I misunderstood...I am not sure on the gas models as I am used to dealing with diesels (this is my first gas truck actually), but on most diesel programmers I know of you can only use them on 1 truck at a time.

i just bought a predator this past week and yes it only works with one truck at a time. you have to return one truck to stock in order to change another truck. did yours come with a cd?
