Default Dodge to Cummins Part number

I might get kicked out of here and put into the Dodge Diesel Forum but this place has sooo many knowledgeable people and sooo many hits, I had to go for it.

I have the Cummins P/N 251919 for a block heater cord. The Cummins guys tell me that it is for a different heater than the one that is in my engine, 6.7 in a 2008 2500 Mega. They can see see whats in mine cause they have the Cummins serial number for my engine. Can someone confirm they use a 251919 on their 08 6.7 and it works fine or if there is another Cummins P/N that I should be using? I would hate to go out the driveway in the morning and have to drive a pile of ash to work so I have to get this right.

SIDE NOTE: Does anyone know if I can put a daytime running light kit with parade lighting function in my 2500 Mega? Mopar would be nice but will take what I can get.

Thanks again for your help.
