Exclamation Front bumper SRT

I am wondering if a bumper cover from a SRT-10 will fit to a stock 1500. My concern is the the steel bumper. Will the fog light holes mach with the holes in the steel bumper. Anyone know if the front bumper is different on the SRT-10? Thanks

Id bet they will fit. Just by looking at your pics, the lights appear to be in the same position. If you add that cover tho you remove the steel bumper part and add other reinforcements.

My bet would be they'll match right up. For ease of manufacture and tooling you would figure it'd have to be. I know the frame is the same one, so bolt holes and everything should be a fit...

I read somewhere you need different support mounts. Ask a Dodge dealer and they should tell you. I was going to do that to my truck but ended up researching and finding out you need to get a new support, pretty much the one that comes with the sport bumper can be used but not the regular slt chrome bumper supports...
Good luck and let me know...

I wouldn't worry about it not matching up since they are basically the same truck. The only thing that I would be kind of "ify" about would be the overall look of the truck after its installed, I just cant tell if it would look good without doing anything else to the body of the truck. I've seen a few trucks with just the bumper added and it just doesn't look right, or match. Head on it looks great but from the side (from the ones I have seen) they just dont look right because they dont tie into the rest of the body lines.

Agreed! To each his own of course but im going to either paint my front bumper or add a sport front bumper. You could also look at RaiderJays truck...his bumper cover is pretty sweet.

This is what I want my truck to look like when Im finished with the cosmetic mods. I at least want the hood, grill, and bumper cover. The fender flares and side skirt are a little ify at the moment. But in my opinion the bumper looks much nicer than the srt bumper....

You have to have the sport bumper to make it work. Not sure why though.

if you buy all the mounts it will work, they arent that expensive. I'm thinking on getting a SRT10 bumper, cause there not that more expensive then the sport one.

who makes that bumper cover truckin? I really like that one.....
