I don't know that I'd ever buy any vehicle without a test drive, especially a used one.
First of all, it's a truck. A big, heavy truck with a solid front axle, built to work. It's going to handle like sh*t at 90+ mph!
The MegaCab has turned out to be a very solid truck. The only concern areas that I am aware of would be the "death wobble" that all/most newer Dodge Trucks (especially the SFA ones) experience, especially at highway speeds and the fact that the air conditioning system does not sufficiently cool rear seat occupants...
