A couple of years ago I had my wheel bearings done on my 2000 Dakota. I know it's not an exact comparison, but I had them done at a local shop and it ran me about $800 for both sides installed, so I would bet it would be at least $800 for the Ram.

I've posted a few times on my experience and have found cheap new ones from Mopar on ebay ~$100 per hub assembly including shipping. Since mine is an 02 I had to beat the S**T out of the hub to get them off but they will come off.
